This role is ideal for a candidate who has experience managing or being involved in passing a SALSA audit. The Technical Co-ordinator will work independently, reporting directly to the directors, and will collaborate closely with staff to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the entire technical department, ensuring all processes and systems are efficient and up to date.Manage and conduct SALSA audits, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.Work independently while reporting directly to the directors.Collaborate with bakery staff to implement technical and quality standards.Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for improvements.Provide technical support and training to bakery staff to ensure compliance with industry standards.
