You will play a crucial role in helping their clients achieve their care/support goals and ensuring their well-being in a secure and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Provide a range of personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and assistance with mobility.Client Support: Act as a Support Worker for designated clients, implementing and monitoring individualised care plans.Risk Management: Take an active role in assessing and managing risks to clients and maintaining a safe environment for all.Medication Management: Ensure proper handling and administration of medication in accordance with trust policies.Team Collaboration: Work alongside other support workers, providing guidance and assistance as needed while promoting client engagement.Client Meetings: Facilitate meetings to ensure clients have a voice and feel empowered in their care.
