Quality Manager Lechlade, Gloucestershire Competitive Salary This is an exciting opportunity, supporting the continuous growth of our client by leading, developing and continuously improving the Quality Department. The role holder will work alongside the incumbent Quality Manager for a 6-month period of transition and handover before assuming full responsibility for Quality and Assurance across the site and driving a continuous improvement of the Quality Culture. The successful applicant will form part of the wider Site Management Team and will play a pivotal role in the site’s daily and weekly operations. To support the Technical Department in ensuring all aspects of product manufacture comply with required quality standards, legislation, product specifications, and HACCP procedures. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Supervision Instruct and supervise QC operatives to ensure their daily duties are performed efficiently and accurately.Support and deputize for the Technical Manager on daily technical matters.Manage QA Supervisors, including oversight of holiday scheduling and general team coordination.
